Details:	SUMMARY: Violation investigation DETAILS: Gail is the new owner. During the opening inspection Aaron from this office let Gail know that the system is behind on its sampling. Aaron let her know to sample quarterly for total coliform & annual for nitrate. She indicated they would sample ASAP. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for sample results & update contact information.
