| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to positive repeat samples - MCL vio DETAILS: The system collected 3 repeat samples and one source sample. All 3 repeats were total coliform positive. The source sample was negative. The city had just recently had some work done on the reservoir and feel the contamination was caused by the contractor. The system clorinated with 2 pounds of calcium hypochlorite and flushed throughout the system. Steve Draper from Pilot Rock was going to assist with the chlorination. A MCL public notice template was emailed to the system. It was received back on 6/2/11. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temporary routines in June. If all clear, return to regular schedule. | ||
