Details:	SUMMARY: detects of VOCs in initial monitoring DETAILS: the chem samples that tony took for his first round showed detects of several VOCs. He thinks it is due to a certain sealer that was used and not cured properly. He will collect samples quarterly and after 1 year of samples, we will re-evaluate.
