Details:	SUMMARY: Enforcement resolution DETAILS: System is now using treated surface water as a source. The system utilized revolving loan monies and had Fred Bolton, PE as an engineer for the project. The system also utilized the Robert Henry with the circuit rider program. The enforcement was resolved as of 9/28/10 when they went off of EP-A well COLU*#(. The system now has two quarters of arsenic sample results of no detect. Now that the system is on treated surface water it will switch to Region 1 as the regulating agency ACTION NEEDED: none
