Details:	SUMMARY: Positive assessment sample (source) DETAILS: I attempted to contact Ernie by phone. I left a message to call me. I received a call from Jon Christensen who is an alternate contact for Mr. hughes. I informed him of the alert and the required 5 samples that need to be taken from the same source as the positive Ecoli sample, right away within 24 hours. He agreed to do that tomorrow. Mr. Christensen said he spoke with Tom Pattee about the source sampling ACTION NEEDED: none
