Details:	SUMMARY: Called regarding nitrate levels and treatment system operation DETAILS: I called and left a message seeking to talk to the Harkleroads about their nitrate treatment system and the continued high levels of nitrate indicated by sampling results. I received a return message from Glendoris stating they were sampling every quarter without any mention of the treatment system or operations. I called them again on June 30 but was unable to reach anyone. ACTION NEEDED: Continue trying to reach the Harkleroads to discuss proper operation of their treatment system and proceed with enforcement to require an operations plan and nitrate results consistently below the MCL.
