| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to additional total coliform positive sample DETAILS: System collected 4 RT samples on 6/9 - all 4 were total coliform positive. Results were received on the 13th, so I spoke with Georgea and new UV bulbs had been ordered. I also spoke with Jaime, the maintenance person, and asked him to check to make sure the bypass was not on for the UV flow. All bulbs were lit. Suggested system may need to clean/chlorinate storage tank. On 6/23, DWP was notified the UV bulbs had been replaced. It was also noted the bypass was partially open - so that was closed off. ACTION NEEDED: System to collect 5 RT samples in July. 5 good samples are to be collected before PN can be taken down. **system collected 1 RT July 12th that was absent - left message with Georgea to collect 4 more RT** | ||
