| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: This is a positive test for the annual source water assessment as required under the groundwater rule. This test was also initiated in part as the result of the sanitary survey that took place a few days prior in which it was observed that the location of the wellhead may be highly susceptible to surface water influence. Additional follow up in terms of GWUDI and surface water treatment will be required for this system. Our LCPH is continuing to follow up with this situation and work with operator as well as working with out local state contact Daniel Hough to monitor and review the ongoing situation. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 repeat samples to confirm Ecoli positive | ||
