Details: SUMMARY: Re-construct well or new well DETAILS: WRD requires Fern Ridge MS to either reconstruct or drill a new well. Current well has E. coli positive results. Additionally, well is located about 40 feet from septic drain field. Fern Ridge MS asked about the plan review process. Described the need for fee, map w sanitary hazards, and proposed design of new well. ACTION NEEDED: none
