Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform Investigation DETAILS: The NcNary Oaks Mobile Villa operates a community water system which is supplied by a single well. The system serves 160 people through 122 connections. The system is located in Keizer OR, Marion County. HBH was contacted by Mr Figueroa to make an inspection of the water system after positive tests for e coli at the well site. I met with Mr Figueroa on site and inspected well head and the well house, finding no obvious potential sources of outside contamination. I reviewed the well log, which shows a 130 foot deep well sealed to 30 feet with concrete grout. The seal is into a “clay and gravel” layer according to the well log. There does not appear to be a complete confining layer in the well log. I informed Mr Figueroa of the requirements of the Ground Water Rule regarding the long term use of chlorination as a treatment method. ACTION NEEDED: Provide further assistance is requested.
