| Details: | SUMMARY: HAA5 Alert DETAILS: Results from DBP sampling at Portway & Industry, Res 2 inflow, and 16th and Lexington showed HAA5 levels at all three sites above the MCL ranging from 0.0627 mg/l to 0.762 mg/l. Covering previously open reservoirs was thought to have resolved the high DPB levels, however, the City is also in the process of resanding its slow sand filters. The Running Annual Average for HAA5 remains below the MCL, therefore, the system is to remain on quarterly monitoring and report elevated results in their CY2010 Consumer Confidence Report. ACTION NEEDED: System is to complete resanding slow sand filters, continue quarterly DBP monitoring, and report elevated DBP results in the annual Consumer Confidence Report as needed. | ||
