Details:	SUMMARY: Survey of system with Dept of Ag DETAILS: A site visit was completed on 7/26/11 by myself and James Nusrala as part of a water system survey conducted by Kent Widdicombe with the Oregon Dept of Agriculture. At the time of the visit, the Trojan UV Max Pro-15 diagnostic module indicated that the lamp was not functioning properly with a blinking red light and AO error code. Upon cleaning, the lamp slieve, this error was resolved. Upon remove and inspection of the Harmsco PP-HC-40-1 cartridge from the Harmsco HUR 40-HP housing, it was discovered that a retainer nut was missing. The significance was not known until the manufacturer was contacted the next morning - see contact report dated 7-27-11. ACTION NEEDED: System needed to maintain equipment per manufacturers recommendation and take a bacti sample with the next currier service on August 3rd.
