| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to coliform and Ecoli DETAILS: Confirmed coliform at the source, no Ecoli. Public notice required. Emailed Jim the coliform public notice. Going to shock chlorinate the well. Also would like to reconnect the chlorine treatment system for residual maintenance. State web site does not show any plan review for the chlorinator. Email was sent to Marsha Fox for verification and if connection would be ok, also question to Shawn Stevenson if well evaluation would be required? 5 temporary routine samples required before the end of August 2011 ACTION NEEDED: Public notice to be posted. 5 temporary routines required in August 2011 | ||
