| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat colfiorm DETAILS: Spoke with Judy 7/15. We reviewed the situation and she had mentioned that Eric from the lab had already been out to take the repeats. One of the repeats at the laundry area came back positive for colifrom. But absent for Ecoli. Judy was already aware of this and as we spoke they were in the process of making plans to shock chlorinate the system over the weekend. ACTION NEEDED: Shock chlorinate system and take 5 routine samples in August 2011 | ||
