| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample 7/5/11 DETAILS: Called Kim and left message letting him know the sample was positive. I let him know to take a triggered source sample at the well head as well as 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let him know that if all samples are absent for coliform to be sure to take 5 temporary routine samples for August. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up repeat samples and respond if necessary | ||
