Details: SUMMARY: arsenic alert DETAILS: spoke with Paul Miller 5/9/11 about the arsenic result above the MCL taken 4/12/11. He stated the result was a raw sample before treatment and was supposed to be marked special rather than routine. The firm has recently installed arsenic treatment and gone through plan review and the operator was curious about before and after levels. He supplied an email explaining what had happened on 5/10/11. This was forwarded as a request to Chuck Michael and Gregg Baird with the state to have sample changed to special rather than routine. ACTION NEEDED: Request to change arsenic sample on 4/12/11 to special rather than routine as it was a raw, before treatment, test.
