Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform 8/1/11 DETAILS: Talked to Lee Jacobsen and of the 4 repeats 2 were negative for bacteria and 2 were positive for total coliform bacteria. He will chlorinate the well and distribution system. Gave him directions to chlorinate well and distribution system. Also gave him template for public notice. He will send copy to us. ACTION NEEDED: In September 2011 he will take 5 routine samples.
