| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to MCL violation for Sept DETAILS: System had an original routine sample test positive for total coliform on Sept. 6th. Three repeat samples were collected on 9/13 and all 3 were positive for total coliform. System has a MCL violation for September. A public notice is required to be issued. System has some modifications to the storage tank they will be implementing as well as having Liquivision come and clean the tank. ACTION NEEDED: Send copy of public notice to DWP. Take 5 routine samples in October. | ||
