Details:	SUMMARY: Incomplete nitrate sampling DETAILS: Violation for no nitrate tests for 2010. Tests were taken and results were not received by the state for an unknown reason. Copies of the test results are now being sent to the state electronically (as attachment to this email). The system is issuing a public notice and will be sending the public notice to the state. Nitrate samples for this year, 2011, will be taken this month. ACTION NEEDED: Grant will email public notice to the state.
