| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 8/1/11 DETAILS: Doug called and told me that Neilson called him about his most recent routine sample testing positive for total coliform. We discussed that four repeat samples including one from the source are required within 24 hours. Only one source is active as, per Doug, there are two separate and unconnected distribution system sections. I have a representative monitoring plan on file. The 8/1/11 sample came from the well #1 distribution loop/pressure zone. ACTION NEEDED: Repeat and triggered samples are due as described above. Five temporary routines are due in September. | ||
