Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform in routine sample DETAILS: Contact with Mr. Novak and he explained that they will be disinfecting the well and will resample afterward. Advised him the repeat samples are to be taken within 24 hours of the positive notification . He understood now and will resample next time within 24 hours. ACTION NEEDED: Resample 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered sample. 5 temporary routine samples to be taken from distribution in October 2011
