Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform and fecal coliform violation DETAILS: After changing a pump out in one of the wells total coliform and fecal coliform were found in routine distribution samples. The distribution system still shows coliform when tested. ACTION NEEDED: Issue boil water notice and send a copy of it to the state. Chlorinate system to achieve a 1.5mg to a maximum of 4.0mg residual in distribution. 3 repeat distribution and 1 triggered source samples were collected after chlorination. The source water came back negative of coliform. As per the state, the boil water notice will stay in effect until 2 samples taken from distribution come back negative for coliform. These samples will be sent to the lab Monday August 22nd due to the lab being closed for the weekend at this time. Today the chlorine residual will be tested in the distribution system to assure the proper concentrations listed above.
