| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample positive for total coliform DETAILS: Left a message for regarding the positive result for total coliform on his recent routine sample. (There was no option to hit zero and get another person.) Explained the immediate need for the four repeats and to call if he had any questions. The next work day I also left a message at the cell number that was given on the recording. Yogi phoned back on 11/1/11 and said theyd heard about the coliform result directly from the lab, and their contractor has already gone out to take the repeats. He also said his cell number should be listed as his main contact number - he only checks his office phone once a week. ACTION NEEDED: Water system - Collect one sample at the original location, one within five connections upstream, one within five connections down stream and one at the source. If those samples are absent for colifom, then collect five routines the following month. DWP - Change the contact number listed in the database to his cell number, 541/891-6977. | ||
