Details:	SUMMARY: All repeat samples positive for total coliform DETAILS: Yogi returned my call to say they had heard about the sampling results directly from the lab earlier today, and have started corrective action. They seem to get TC showing up in their well every fall, when the groundwater level drops in Eastern OR, so they knew what to do. They are shockling the well and will flush the chlorinated water through the system. They have written and are distributing the Tier 2 Public Notice. Yogi will provide a copy to the DWP. Then they will take their 5 temporary routines this month (November), because that is the month following the initial positive routine sample (taken 10/25/11). ACTION NEEDED: System will shock chlorinate the well/system, submit copy of Tier 2 Public Notice, and results from 5 temporary routine samples.
