Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: spoke to Kevin from Water Techs who is assisting this operator with on going coliform issues in the distribution system since April. This sample was marked as routine but should have been marked as triggered. I spoke to Chuck Michael about changing the alert which he granted. I seen Shannon and Kevin an email explaining how lab slips need to be marked in this situation. Kevin stated that he would be shocking the system again to see if he can finally get the coliform out of the system. He stated he would be checking at the homes up stream to see if there are any issues with broken pipes or repairs that could have possibly caused issues with bacteria. Kevin state that most facility fixtures have swivel faucets which may be causing problems with the distribution samples. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor the system for remediation activities. Wait for results of any special samples submitted and five temporary routine distribution samples to be submitted for August.
