| Details: | SUMMARY: Boil water notice DETAILS: I stopped and talked with Ludek. No boil water notices were posted. Ludek stated he would write up a boil water notice, post at each sink and send a copy to Evan Holfeld. The food contact surfaces were being sanitized with no bare hand food contact. The UV light was cleaned a week ago with a green light but after a week the red light blinks. A water sample was to be taken on8/31/11. Ludek was to research and purchase a new control box for the UV light. ACTION NEEDED: Total coliform water samples are required to be taken and absent test results are needed before the system can remove the boil water notice. | ||
