| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up for coliform positive DETAILS: Received return phone call from Tom Meese. 3 of 4 repeat samples positive coliform. Well source absent. System only samples well AA (lower well) since this is the only source that contributes to this lower pressure zone. Discussed chlorinating system to approximately 5 mg/L bleach and taking verification samples. Discussed public notice and Bonnie has template and will print send and email me a copy. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate, verify chlorination effort worked and send out public notice. Will need 5 temporary routines in November. | ||
