| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform follow up DETAILS: Called Mark and Matt as all 4 repeats positive. There was some confusion as system sent out public notice (PN) on 10/15 but used boil water fecal public notice template. 5 samples were coliform positive but all were Ecoli absent. Emailed Matt templates for total coliform public notices. System had already been chlorinating since Saturday. Discussed taking verification samples to make sure chlorination solved problem and then take 5 temporary routines in November. Discussed sending another PN when samples show absent to address user concerns. ACTION NEEDED: Take enough samples to verify total coliforms absent and then take 5 temporary routines in November. | ||
