Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I received a message from Terry informing me the repeat samples for October were coliform positive. 10/25/11 - I spoke with Terry and she informed me that Stutzman Services would be shocking the well today. She will let me know if there are any issues. She has already issued public notice and I asked her to send a copy to out office as well as up to the state. ACTION NEEDED: none
