Details:	SUMMARY: Respond to repeat positives DETAILS: Spoke with Shelly. Repeat sample positive for coliform. Public notice required. 2 additional samples must be submitted from each well to comply with the repeat sampling schedule prior to shock chlorinating the well. Shelly said they have been working on well #1 and have brought it back on line. ACTION NEEDED: Public notice required. 2 additional samples required from the active wells. One from each source. 5 temporary routine samples required before the end of October 2011
