Details: SUMMARY: WSS corrections-- LCR on-track DETAILS: The WSS report needs to be re-issued due to corrections. DWP Protection Planning Certification says there is no need for a certified operator (confirmed with Dottie). A vent with screen is on the clearwell tank (requested photo). Monthly SWTR reports have been sent in by email (requested Belloni forward copies of the confirmation emails). The entry point sample for lead and copper was appropriately collected. Continue monitoring pH for values below 7. ACTION NEEDED: Re-write WSS report when all above requests completed.
