Details:	SUMMARY: Tracer Study DETAILS: Could historic conservative calculations supplant tracer study requirement? No. Tracer study can occur during one day of high use next spring/summer. Have to assume flows from parallel reservoirs would be nearly equivalent at maximum demand, so any hydrant discharge would need to be in tandem. SCADA system can be used to monitor water elevations in reservoirs IF resolution sufficient to measure change with sufficient accuracy during tracer study (versus placing temporary transducers). ACTION NEEDED: Review plan for tracer study when submitted.
