| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: I never received an alert for the routine detection. I called and spoke with Mr. Vangrunsven about the repeat detections. He mentioned the lab contacted him about the initial detection and did the repeat monitoring. I mentioned of the 4 repeat samples reported none was labeled source/well. He said he witnessed the lab person take one of the samples from the well but he didnt have the lab report in front of him He said he was going to disinfect and then take resamples. I reminded him to report 5 routines in November from the distribution. I emailed him a copy of public notice template and asked for a completed copy back. He also mentioned he is providing bottled water onsite and told employees not to drink the water until further notice. I told him that was not required, there were no Ecoli detections. I also sent him a copy of the coliform bacteria fact sheet and how to disinfect a well instructions. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up in November | ||
