Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I visited the site 11/30/11 to conduct a sanitary survey. During the survey the operator said he received a call that the sample was Ecoli positive. Fortunately the sample was at the source (wellhead) therefore it is not a routine sample. The system disinfects the water with chlorine for residual maintenance, so the routine samples have been okay. I told him to continue to maintain a residual. ACTION NEEDED: None. Source water assessment sample only.
