Details:	SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform DETAILS: Call to Mr. Patel, sample from same faucet was positive again. The faucet has recently been replaced. He will chlorinate the lines to remove the problem and then resample. He will also provide a triggered sample. Later in the month, 5 temporary routines need to be taken. ACTION NEEDED: Triggered sample. Chlorinate the lines. 5 temporary routine samples to be taken later in October 2011
