Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform repeats DETAILS: One of 3 repeats positive following 11/15/11 routine positive. Repeat positive was from well source but Doug thinks it was the raw sample tap. Doug had already pulled another sample from same raw sample tap after thoroughly cleaning it. If this sample is absent, no additional action needed. Discussed public notice and emailed coliform resolved template. Doug will mail and post at shadow box. ACTION NEEDED: Call with results of 2nd sample from well. Distribute public notice as discussed and take 5 temporary routine samples in early December.
