Details:	SUMMARY: Significant deficiency follow up DETAILS: Follow up to significant deficiencies noted during 9/20/11 survey. No coliform sampling plan, not current ERP (new owner) no operations/maintenance manual. ACTION NEEDED: System submitted an updated emergency response plan as well as an operations list for seasonal start up, chlorination, etc. ERP includes public notice templates. System has completed the coliform sampling plan on the template left during the survey. The raw sample tap has also been improved and is located within the pump vault at the inlet prior to the pressure tank.
