Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform repeat alert DETAILS: Repeat coliform sample positive at left 17 hose bib. Requires public notice to be issued. Recommended shock chlorination. Spoke with Delta Labs. Also noted, not enough repeat samples submitted. 3 source samples and 2 samples from the distribution. This will result in a violation if the proper number of repeat samples are not submitted by 11/22/11. ACTION NEEDED: Require public notice be posted. 5 temporary routine samples from distribution required in December 2011
