Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed sampling req. and settlement terms DETAILS: I called Arturo for an update on Brewsters sampling and to discuss the settlement. Arturo stated that some samples were collected last week including nitrate and lead/copper. We discussed additional samples, specifically organic chemicals and when they would be collected. Arturo stressed that they would collect the samples as quickly as possible. He also expressed interest in source water protection, and ensuring the well isnt contaminated by the activity of the nearby auto repair yards. I called Waterlab and received confirmation that samples were submitted for arsenic, inorganic chems, nitrate, nitrite, radionuclides, and a portion of the lead and copper samples. They will collect tap samples at additional houses this week. ACTION NEEDED: Finalize settlement terms for the remaining chems and await submission of results.
