Details:	SUMMARY: PR inspection #2 Spring box 1 DETAILS: The plan review engineer, Carrie Gentry, and I made a site visit to evaluate the recent modifications to spring #1, specifically the interior of the box (was unable to inspect last visit). Exterior construction appeared adequate, however obvious surface water intrusion was observed in the chamber beneath the black metal hatch. I asked Ernie to repair the spring so that there was no surface water intrusion and he agreed. Raw water turbidity 10 NTU this date. ACTION NEEDED: Repair spring so there is no surface wate intrusion.
