Details:	SUMMARY: Violations discussion DETAILS: Called Melanie to discuss violations resulting from non sampling. No coliform samples received for the last 2 quarters and no nitrate for 2011. She informed me that the motel has been closed since some time in May 2011. They have no plans to reopen the facility. Family are the only ones served by the system. ACTION NEEDED: Deactivate system
