Details:	SUMMARY: Complaint of water quality DETAILS: Sarah called very concerned about water quality issues with the City of Lafayette water system. Sarah claims that her sinks develop a white crusty material, the water smells at times of perfume, and that the water causing burning in her throut. Sarah also mentioned that the water comes into her house hot at times. Sarah believes that there are poisonous materials being added to or discharged into the water. She has written to the Governors office but has not recd a response. I suggested she start by writing a letter with her specific concerns to Jim Anderson (contact with City of Lafayette Water System) and cc me on the letter. She is very upset about the water quality issues and believes that her health is at risk. I explained that the City must respond to her concerns and I will be looking for her letter and their response. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for copies of letter(s).
