| Details: | SUMMARY: Priority Non Complier (PNC) investigation DETAILS: System was added to the inventory in 2009 and has not yet completed their initial monitoring for chemical contaminants and has accrued many non/late reporting violations for SOC and lead and copper. I reviewed their current testing data and adjusted the chemical monitoring schedule. I contacted the system operator Kyle by phone and also sent him a letter outlining the changes. SOC monitoring is due this year 2012 and once complete will resolve 7 nonreporting violations. They are due for annual lead and cooper testing this summer. Once completed will resolve 2 violations. System could be a resolved PNC within 3 months if the SOC testing is done this quarter. System also has violations from July and September 2010. They did take source samples when the repeats were taken labeled Well House and Pump house but only show as repeats. I will contact the operator and the state to get this resolved. ACTION NEEDED: A round of SOCs and lead and copper in 2012. Source sampling done in 2010 changed to triggered instead of repeat. | ||
