Details:	SUMMARY: Operator had questions about violations and next LCR sampling dates DETAILS: Perry wanted to know why they got violations in 2011 for not submitting source water samples following a routine total coliform positive sample, when each time one of the repeats was clearly marked as being taken at the well. I explained about the Source water section of the coliform lab forms, and emailed him some instructions. I then asked DMCE to remove those violations. Perry also wanted to know if they would go back to a round of LCR sampling every 3 years now. Records show they were planning to invalidate a sample from 2010 and replace it with one taken in 2011, but the invalidation does not seem to have occurred. I sent his concern on to Ramona Quinn of Klamath Co. He also wondered why his name is not on the system as an operator with a current license. That is also for Ramona to research. I put Perry in touch with the Operator Certification folks of DWP to make sure they have his current contact information. ACTION NEEDED: Ramona Quinn will research the status of their LCR sampling, and whether an invalidation request was submitted last year. She will also add Perry as a certified operator for this system, if appropriate.
