Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Telephoned Michael Rainey Concerning Ecoli source water failure on the 22nd of December. I informed Mr. Rainey that an additional 5 samples would need to be collected per the ground water rule. Mr. Rainey stated that he would collect 5 additional sample. ACTION NEEDED: Non at this time. Action will be determined predicated on the results of the 5 current samples
