Details:	SUMMARY: Survey Deficiency follow up DETAILS: Don called to inform me that all six deficiencies from the system survey on 12/7/11 have been corrected. System now in compliance for arsenic as all three quarterly samples submitted since treatment was installed have been below the MCL. Their current Running Annual Average (RAA) is 0.010. See attached email on corrected deficiencies. ACTION NEEDED: none
