Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample 10/24/11 DETAILS: I asked Meryl take 1 triggered water sample at source. Then take three repeat samples at different parts in the system. I asked that there will be 5 temporary routine samples elsewhere in the system in November ACTION NEEDED: Monitor to see if samples are taken.
