Details:	SUMMARY: Investigation of Priority Non-complier (PNC) DETAILS: System has a score of 14. I contacted Amy to let her know the system has a score over 11. The repeat samples were turned in late from the total coliform positive sample taken in November. The temp routine samples taken in Dec. were turned in as repeat samples. I let her know to have the lab resubmit the samples as temporary routines as they were intended. I also let Amy know the system missed the 2012 nitrate sample and that is worth 5 point I let her know she needs to take a nitrate sample in 2012 to resolve the violation so she needs to sample ASAP. She said she would schedule the sample for nitrate right away. The system samples for DBPs in 2011 so this violation can be returned to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor nitrate sampling and have repeat samples changed to temporary routine samples to get the system score below 11.
