Details: SUMMARY: Deficiency follow up DETAILS: Met with owner to discuss deficiencies from 7/15/11 survey. System was not using National Sanitary Foundation (NSF) bleach. They are now using Clorox brand. This deficiency has been corrected. Chlorine residuals were not being recorded at least twice per week in distribution. Residuals are not being tested and recorded twice a week in distribution. This has been corrected. No DPD test kit available. This has been corrected. No vents on reservoirs, has not been corrected. No operation and maintenance manual. This has not been corrected. No emergency response plan. I placed system on a Corrective Action Plan. They agreed to have the remaining deficiencies corrected by March 15, 2012 ACTION NEEDED: none
