Details:	SUMMARY: Non reporting nitrate DETAILS: I contacted the person in the club house and informed him that 2011 testing had not been completed. He said they contract with pyxis Labs to do their testing. He will check with the lab and have them submit sample data if it was done in 2011.He will inform them that testing has to be completed for 2012 as soon as possible. ACTION NEEDED: Contact Pyxis and have them submit nitrate data to state.
